WCAG 2.1 AA target

Accessibility Statement

Built for every business owner.

A B2B marketplace only works if every operator can actually use it. We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the platform, the vendor dashboard, and our forms — and we publish the rough edges so you know where we still owe work.

Commitment

SuperBowl Nashville is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all business owners and professionals. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across our platform.

Accessibility Features

Semantic HTML5 structure for screen reader compatibility. Keyboard navigation support for all interactive elements. Sufficient color contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text). Alt text for all informational images. Form labels and error messages for all input fields. Responsive design supporting zoom up to 200%. Skip navigation links on all pages. Focus indicators for keyboard users.

Vendor Portal Accessibility

Our vendor dashboard and listing management tools are designed to be accessible: form fields include proper labels and descriptions, error messages are announced to screen readers, data tables include proper headers and scope attributes, modal dialogs trap focus and are dismissible via keyboard.

Known Limitations

Some third-party embedded content (videos, maps) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are working with our partners to improve accessibility of embedded content. PDF documents are being converted to accessible formats on an ongoing basis.

Feedback & Accommodation Requests

If you encounter accessibility barriers on our platform, please contact us at accessibility@superbowlnashville.live. We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve issues promptly. Alternative format requests (large print, audio, Braille) are available upon request.
