These terms govern your use of superbowlnashville.live. Read them before you list, apply, or transact. The headline: we're an independent B2B marketplace, we keep things accurate, and we resolve disputes in Davidson County, Tennessee.
By accessing superbowlnashville.live ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The Platform is operated by Nashville Big Game Business Ecosystem, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Platform.
The Platform serves as a B2B marketplace and resource hub for businesses preparing for Super Bowl LXIV in Nashville. Services include vendor directory listings, business preparation resources, workshops, certification programs, and community forums.
Vendor listings are provided on a membership basis. By submitting a vendor profile, you represent that all information is accurate and current. You agree to maintain your listing information and respond to inquiries within 48 business hours. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our community standards or contain inaccurate information.
Membership fees are billed according to the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in listing suspension after 30 days. Price changes will be communicated 60 days in advance. Contact for pricing on current Founding Circle tiers.
Vendors must: maintain accurate business information, respond to inquiries promptly, deliver services as described, maintain required licenses and insurance, comply with all applicable laws. Vendors must NOT: misrepresent qualifications or capacity, use the platform for solicitation outside of approved channels, share confidential platform data, engage in discriminatory practices.
The SB Ready™ Certification program is a proprietary preparation framework developed by Nashville Big Game Business Ecosystem, LLC. Certification indicates completion of our preparation curriculum and does NOT guarantee: selection as an official NFL vendor, contracts with the Super Bowl Host Committee, minimum revenue or business outcomes, endorsement by the NFL or any affiliated entity.
All disputes arising from use of this Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Davidson County, Tennessee. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Nashville Big Game Business Ecosystem, LLC.
All Platform content, design, and branding are owned by Nashville Big Game Business Ecosystem, LLC. SB Ready™ is a trademark of Nashville Big Game Business Ecosystem, LLC. User-submitted content grants us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display, modify, and distribute within the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Tennessee law, Nashville Big Game Business Ecosystem, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Venue for any legal proceedings shall be Davidson County, Tennessee.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nashville Big Game Business Ecosystem, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
