Account Managers
Full-Time Equivalent • $55-85K + Commission
Role Overview
Account Managers are the primary relationship owners for vendors on the Super Bowl Nashville platform. You will manage a portfolio of 50-100 Nashville businesses, guiding them through the preparation process for Super Bowl LXIV. This includes onboarding, SB Ready certification tracking, resource delivery, and connecting vendors with opportunities throughout the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Manage vendor onboarding and listing optimization. Conduct quarterly business reviews with portfolio accounts. Track SB Ready certification progress and provide guidance. Connect vendors with relevant workshops, resources, and opportunities. Monitor vendor satisfaction and resolve platform issues. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Provide market intelligence and preparation recommendations. Collaborate with marketing on vendor success stories.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of account management, customer success, or B2B sales experience. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Knowledge of Nashville's business landscape (hospitality, events, services). Proficiency in CRM software (GoHighLevel experience preferred). Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation
Base salary: $55,000-$85,000 depending on experience. Commission: up to 20% of new vendor revenue from referred accounts. Benefits: health insurance, PTO, professional development budget. Performance bonuses based on portfolio growth and retention metrics. This is a W-2 full-time position with standard benefits.
