Role Overview
Sales Representatives drive new vendor acquisition for the Super Bowl Nashville marketplace. You will prospect, present, and close B2B partnerships with Nashville businesses across hospitality, events, transportation, security, construction, and technology sectors. This is a commission-based independent contractor (1099) role with flexible scheduling and uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities
Prospect and identify qualified Nashville businesses for platform membership. Conduct product demonstrations and business consultations. Present membership packages and close deals. Maintain CRM pipeline and activity tracking. Attend networking events and industry mixers. Develop territory strategy for Nashville metro area.
Commission Structure
First 90 days: $2,000/month draw against commission (recoverable). Commission rate: 25-35% of first-year membership revenue. Recurring revenue: 10% of renewal revenue for the life of the account. Average deal size: $1,200-$5,000/year. Top performers (90th percentile): $8,000-$15,000/month. No guaranteed minimum income. Past earnings do not predict future results. Income depends entirely on your sales performance.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience. Knowledge of Nashville's business community preferred. Own vehicle and ability to travel throughout Nashville metro. Smartphone with data plan. Strong presentation and closing skills. Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset.
